The Vardan organization is dedicated to the protection and promotion of the environment. The organization primarily focuses on planting trees and ensuring their preservation. To achieve this, the organization conducts a special campaign every year during the monsoon season. 

The Vardan organization is continuously working for women's empowerment. Under this initiative, efforts are made to improve women's health, education, cultural, social, and economic development, as well as to increase employment and self-employment opportunities, and to raise awareness.

The organization is continuously working for the protection, promotion, and awareness of the folk culture of Uttarakhand. Under this initiative, cultural programs and activities are organized from time to time, and people working for the preservation of culture are encouraged.
